Here’s what makes it even worse. I sent my Apple Watch in for a battery replacement but they just replaced my whole watch. While this may sound good at first, it misses the point of servicing a device. Now my old watch is probably ewaste.

What I did was I went to my local Apple Store early in the morning and got my watch’s battery serviced same day.

 does not replace batteries for anything but phones really, they don’t repair  watches or iPads at all, even the batteries and MacBook batteries are expensive.

If Apple doesn't want to replace the battery, leave it to someone else. Or replace it on your own. 😈

You might want to take it to the apple store in person if that's the case. Also, close some tabs, man, jeez

It's intentional, so you remain as Apple cattle. They chose to put in piss poor capacity batteries in their devices.

This system was designed to specifically prevent you from doing an RMA and just giving up since placing an order would be the easier route with less hassle. It's intentional friction since they assume most their customers are lazy rich people.

apple support wont give you a new fresh battery, because that is what they do. they are trying to sell new products, not the old ones.

Thank you. I did the same thing and installed and ran both programs and thought "my new mic is bad". So I watched your update from the same video. I didn't pay enough attention to what I was doing and my headache was my doing. Now my new mic is working fine and I didn't waste my money. Windows 10 is different from the old ones and this is one of the bumps

Awesome review. But it seems to work if visitors click the button using their mobile phone. What if the visitors visit the website using their laptop or desktop?

It nearly worked for my Samson...I have to raise the pre-amp to 20 or so, but then I get a huge amount of background hiss. Argh! So close!

Thanks a lot for this, been looking around everywhere for a solution and this one really works. My only comment is I got a lot of hissing and distortion after adjusting the preamplifying setting. Instead I clicked on the 'peak value meter' which brought up the sound window. I then go into recording tab, double click on my microphone, went on levels tab and adjusted it to 80-90. This seemed to have worked well. No hissing after I went into my recording app. Hope this helps out others as this is very frustrating. Thanks again for this fix.

Thanks so much, Veit. One little trick to add: if you have multiple microphones you can configure them at the same time when you install the first piece of software. If you forget you can re-run this (the program notes it, I think) by running CONFIGURATOR.EXE but you have to re-start. The second piece of software must be re-opened to select the mic you are using -- that sounds obvious and it takes just seconds but if you forget and use the wrong mic you will have suppressed sound. I use an older AT2020 and also a newer IRig HD-2 (the I-Rig has a much longer cord and also a great muffler.) Both respond well to the pre-amp dB boost. I just got my Win 10 machine recently as an upgrade at work and was completely screwed and frustrated w internal mic picking up fan noise when the machine was cranking too hard and having to have machine right where I was recording vs. having microphone only on the table. Great little video!!!

real buggy... can't get mail chimp to work, calendar ics files error when trying to load them, only get the first registration email none of the followup emails, youtube videos get the last 5 seconds cut off, so on and so on... I have a couple of pages of bugs and I've only been testing for a few hours. Wow, not sure I want to spend a month debugging this crap. The problem with these types of programs that are pushed on JVZoo is 80% don't work. You sit and hope they will get thing fixed, but 95% of the coding is done in India where only 60% of their code is any good.

Yeah, but as opposed to what whas happening on previous days, when I increase the pre-amplifying level, it also increases the hiss noise wich is a little much. What now?

Bonza... bonza stuff... LOTS of bonza... BONZA stuff. I really love the RAS idea & the brain image. The other words I like ... try stuff & then try new stuff if the !st idea bottoms out... doesn't work! Build... Build... (then REBUILD!!!) We SHOULD ignore should. We COULD use supportive language to move people through "obstacles". We could find original ways to reach people... "You MAY die in the bath!!!" Charge what allows people to respect you... especially because you can afford to be around to get them through the next "pain point"... "obstacle". Summary... yes... rest... yes... short rest... yes... nano gap... Yes... YEs... YES... YES PLEASE!!! It is becoming painfully obvious that we are at the very beginning of a journey... or a chatty walk on a rocky path where a great hovercraft would help... with someone who REALLY KNOWS HOW TO OPERATE ONE!!!... ;)))
